Melinh Point has been conferred the BCA GREEN MARK AWARD, achieved the prestigious Green Mark Platinum Certification – the highest level of recognition for environmentally-friendly buildings recognized by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority, officially become the first Existing Non-Residential Buildings in Vietnam achieved this prestigious award.
Melinh Point will see a plethora of new green features
- Replace air-cooled to water-cooled chiller system to reduce 23% energy consumption;
- 100% high efficiency LED lights in common area;
- Modernization of five elevators - adopting high efficiency and latest regenerative technology;
- Water fixtures upgraded to 3 ticks “Excellent” according to Singapore Water Efficient Labelling Scheme (WELs);
- Replacing air-conditioning filter with highly effective MERV 14 filters to improve air quality;
- Waste Management and Waste Recycling in separating all waste at source.
